Signature Bank affiliate companies work together to provide our customers with a broad range of financial products and services. In the course of our business, we may share with affiliate companies identifying information and transaction and experience information from our account records, such as:

- Account balances and account history
- Payment history
Federal law allows us to share the information listed above with our affiliates.
We may share information about you with our affiliate companies to provide you with additional products and services, to enhance customer service, and as permitted by law.
We may share information with Signature Bank affiliate financial service providers such as:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PROCEDURES FOR OPENING A NEW ACCOUNT
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.
