Signature Bank and our partners are always working to bring you the most up-to-date technology available. However, changes to third party software, such as Apple's iOS, may occasionally cause applications to behave unexpectedly, even with extensive testing. While Signature Bank did test our mobile banking application with the developer version of iOS released in the summer, some customers are reporting errors depositing checks after upgrading to iOS 7.
At this time, Signature Bank recommends waiting to upgrade to Apple's iOS 7
until the first update to the software is released, which typically includes a number of bug fixes. As always, Signature Bank will continue to investigate any errors our users may have and work to repair them in the interim.
